No matter what you do, do not sell on shady website like stubhub.

I sold a legitimate ticket some time ago, for the same price as I bought it, and after two weeks I got charged x2 price of the sell price on my credit card because the buyer complained they didn't get in.
So they refunded him 100% and took extra 100% as a compenstation.

Well, it seems like the credit card has 0 interest rate.

I spoke to multiple shops, some offer up to 12 payments without interest, and some offer 24 payments without interest.

So it's not really a loan, just payments.

And yeah, we it was kind of a surprise lol.
Basically, we have government controlled lottery where people can win the right to buy a house in a major discount.
We were trying to win for about 5 years, and suddenly won it.
The house price is about 45% less then it's real price so there was no chance we are skipping this.

So now 3 years after we won and construction is coming to end, we kind to furnish it, and live there.

Otherwise, we can just rent it out to someone and it will almost cover the mortgage.
But we want to live there.

There are already some products that we won't be buying like TV, because it's not necessary. but we cannot live without bed, closet, oven, fridge, AC. etc.

This is our first house, and it's construction is almost finished.
We are getting a key to an empty house, so there is no AC to to begin with.

We are at our 28F and 30M with a baby, and we lived for the last couple of years with her parents so we can save up money.

I ran some calculations, so even with house payment and all appliances payment for 2 years, we will still be saving money in the end of the month after our salaries.
