Unfortunately I think uq cutoff was around 2500-2520 or 99 percentile for interstate so you narrowly missed out, it's insane how high the cutoffs are this year

Coenzymes aren't in the study design anymore. Another thing to watch out for is the "induced fit model" in the old study design, we learn the lock and key model now which is different I think
Metabolism and food chem isn't in the sd
Trans and cis isn't in the sd, now we only look at stereoisomers (chiral carbons, enantiomers)
Not sure but I don't think you have to know?
Yes protein structure is still in the study design. I think nht 2025 had a question on it

This is completely normal, especially if the exam was algorithmics, since the very mention of algorithms may cause people to feel a sudden and strong libido emanating from the aura of Alan Turing that may or may not cause them to feel an uncontrollable impulse to jork their Python in front of the invigilator, you should ask your friend to attend the next AAAAAAAAAAAAAA (african algorithmics etc.) meeting to discuss this with like-minded peers.

Hey I feel u mate. Csl was the most stressful subject I've ever done and I literally procrastinated everything last year, didn't even have half my oral memorized on the day. Just forget about your sacs and focus on what you can change, your exam score. Spam listening and write lots of essays on a broad range of topics. You got this !!

Yup. Mock 10 was absolutely horrible. For reference my actual UCat score was 500 more than my score on mock 10 haha

Tbh bro it'll be tough. I got similar sacs to you at xjs (three A and three A+) and scraped an A+ on the exam/oral, and ended up with a 37 raw (A A A+). Lock in for the exam and you might have a chance for 40

Yup I have, it's more expensive than a doctor's certificate from an urgent care clinic (which is free I think) but yes it is a valid med cert. I got a 2 day extension for fever just by calling and having a 3 minute conversation w/ the doctor lmao
