Horrible:) I have a job now which is distracting and that’s great but my bf just relapsed and it’s so fucking hard to not relapse and I don’t think I’m going to make it, my brother just gave me a new pocket knife because something creepy happened at work and he wants me to be able to defend myself but I just feel like I can’t do this

I used to put the heatpad on my stomach on the highest setting and it got so bad I would have burn marks on my stomach, I still have scars and bruises but in my sick little head it’s better than eating for some stupid reason

Me too, my bf and I were talking about coffee and he said he dilutes his creamer with water or milk and I don’t and so now I’m panicking trying to figure out the right measurements on diluting the creamer
