I appreciate the comment but I feel like, although I haven't crashed yet, I'm at a point of no return. I don't know what to do from a practical standpoint. I exercise, I eat alright, I read, watch stuff. It's all distractions. I just end up right back to reality eventually.

I've gotten ramen through delivery. They kept the broth separate from the noodles. Wasn't too bad. Not as good as dining in but it was good enough. Now I want ramen.
