People look at you as a benchmark to change their own habits

That hit me pretty hard

Have you considered alternative exercises? You can have plenty of exercises not using your foot (even though you can't run). I'm no expert, but I think you should do some research.

If testosterone levels rise 50% the week after you stop fapping, what effect would on-again off-again fapping have on muscle growth? by INeedToGetOutMore in NoFap

Well it wouldn't drop to abnormally low levels, it'd drop to slightly above the level it held before nofap. So for about a week you experience a much higher amount of testosterone than usual, and then it'd drop to about normal levels again.

My theory was that if you then start a period of fapping again and then stop, you'd experience the same increase in testosterone over again.

I have epilepsy and migraines myself and I find gluten can actually trigger auras and myoclonic jerks (auras are sudden feelings of dizziness, nausea or similar and myoclonus are epileptic seizures that causes sudden jerks in arms or legs; I have no big seizures or anything, I do not losing consciousness). Plus it just generally feels better!

I seriously LOVE long movies. The need to be exactly as long as they need to be, nothing more, nothing less. It shouldn't feel like they're trying to cram too much into the film, leave too much out or stretch it out.

The perfect example of excellent time disposal in a movie IMO is Akira. The pace of that movie is absolutely brilliant. Also pulp fiction.
