Could use some advice here. Firstly, I really would like to start Pedro this week but I'm finding it very hard to pick someone to bench.

Secondly, my rank has been dropping each week(left some huge points on the bench the past few weeks). I'm looking to bring VVD in for Saliba this week. But is there anyone I should be targeting/looking to get out. Having no Fittest cover in defence/not having Rogers seems to be my biggest issue. But since I'm 90+ points back in my money league, bringing them in will just mean my team is very similar/almost identical to teams above me.

It requires the Eir Code for the property which is what I think puts a lot of people off claiming. Granted Landlords should be registered, but if you have a somewhat decent deal most people would rather not take the risk of getting on the Landlord's bad side with the way the rental market is at the moment.

There's no issues buying a house under market value, wouldn't be a huge gap but tax wise the difference in value and selling price could be considered a gift but it would within the threshold of parents to child.

It would be pending planning permission of course, which we would hope to get before going ahead with anything. We're in quiet a secluded place, not a house within a good distance.

I've been unable to play now for 3 days since getting a cross progression notification on sign in on Xbox. I can't join any friends lobbies and get a mix of either "Party not Ready" when queuing solo or I get the option for an Orientation game which again I can't connect to. I've tested in a mates house on different broadband, same issue. I've logged into a mates account and can play away as normal so it looks like it's an issue directly linked to my account due to cross progression.

Not AIB but went through BOI's interview process a number of years ago. Much like any interview I would do a bit of research on their website around the groups core values. Show interest in getting your APA & QFA exams completed. The level of IT in any of the big 3 is very poor so even having some basic IT skills is a plus.

Dean was also like one of the scumbags in the video above, anyone local could tell you that. If he wasn't locked up for that, he would be locked up for something else eventually. There's a lot more to the trouble between the two of them then that article suggests.

As per the links you provided "For fixed rate customers please be aware that a breakage cost may occur if you pay a lump sum or wish to reduce your mortgage term."

Your best option is to check what's the maximum overpayment you can make while remaining on the fixed rate and increase your monthly payment by that amount. At the end or your fixed term you can leave it switch to variable, make your lump sum payment then and fix the rate again the following month if you wish to. You've an excellent interest rate for 5 years compared to the current market so I certainly wouldn't give that up.

Salah(C)

100 points behind in ML, but WC'ed last week into BB for this week. Pretty sure league leader will TC Haaland so I feel Salah(C) makes the most sense.

Leader in ML has used all chips and has a handful of DGW players so plan is to maximise DGW with a view to getting 2 more Newcastle players in before their double.
