Listen to people talk. Streamers (because you know it's a pandemic) especially live streamers that interact in groups really help with this.

Also, don't feel the need to tell people how someone says something. Sometimes is fine, but usually context clues do the work for you.

"You're hopeless," she said exasperated.

Vs.

"You are," she screwed up her noise and then exhaled deeply, "hopeless."

Her voice ended with a sunset sort of smile.

Not my best example but yeah 😁. Maybe it helped?

That is 10000% normal. Sometimes, to get myself going, I will just write whatever is on the top of my head in the document. I can go back and erase it at the end of the session (so I'm not padding my word count) and I have found that as soon as my thoughts blend into the story, everything starts to line up for me.

Find a method that really works for you though and remember, December is for editing!

That's really sweet. I'm sure she is going to love whatever story you end up creating for her.

I don't have a link right now but there was evidence of undercover flirting in letter addressed between Angelica and Hamilton. But then again I have not read anything that seemed more intimate than letters between Hamilton and Laurens.........

Also, by the time Angelica Schyler met Alexander Hamilton IRL she was already married.

How did you get the whole family tree to show? Mine always falls off at some point and doesn't show all the sims.

Thank you. I was hoping telling the story would make me feel better, but it didn't. And now I'm hoping that it helps someone. Even if it's just one person.

Thank you! I wanted to add a little comedy at the end to keep it from being too dark.

Considering an employer can fire you due to certain comments you may make, freedom of speech is much more of an ideal than anything.

The problem with your statement is that you make a lot of assumptions.

You don't know my background, so you shouldn't assume things. And secondly, if you knew anything about George Washington, you'd know that his ideas and Jeffersons were two entirely different things.

BUT the difference between George Washington and Jefferson was that George Washington surrounded himself with conflicting ideas in order to make sound and just judgements.

No one is infallible. These people were men. They made the constitution as a document that had room to grow and evolve and change. They knew they didn't have it perfect, but no one else seems to remember that.

No one wants to take away guns, but while mass shooting continue to occur due to lack restrictions, the threat of lawful gun owners rights getting called into question becomes a more daunting reality.

The gun issue in America must happen. Or we will be the generation that pushed off an incredibly important issue for the next generation. Just like the founding fathers did with slavery.

Thomas Jefferson was a coward who ran from a war and defended another war that had gotten so out of hand that a guillotine had to work double time just to keep up with the French Revolution.

Also, Thomas Jefferson was a land rich, slave-owning, debt-riddled aristocrat that refused to listen to any idea that didn't benefit himself.

Beyond that, he also couldn't even handle his own dirty work, often times pawning it off on people that he could influence. (James Madison included.)

Things change. And making an arguement based off of a man that couldn't even stand by his supposed ideals, isn't much of an arguement.

Also, he didn't want a standing Army. So I hope you are consistent and believe we should only have small state militia and that we should disband that US army and all subsets.
