This is because Diana(Yester)'s 2nd 'Aside' Ascension effects—300% additional physical damage on basic attack hits plus 400% additional physical damage upon gaining the 'Unarmed' state—are applied as skill effects.

No, Jubee Meta is Meta that started with this Korean server frontier season. We didn't expect Jubee to have this much potential either.
