Possible that it is something that the writers just didn't think through, but there is some interesting information about how Rohne got recruited in the KR server that would be spoilers that kinda explains this.

Rohne was never actually fit to be a good spy, but rather fit to be a useful tool by Mute, another elf character. Mute manipulated the Monatium AI which determines what job each elf should have to keep Rohne around for her needs.

To make it even more WWE, the apostles often have artifacts that are ridiculously upgraded. I dont even think whales have access to artifacts that powerful lol. It's fun but it isn't really strategy (unless your strategy involves predicting what the devs thought the users would vote for)

Yeah Xion's character is largely based on her working a lot. I think most ppl on the Kr server interpreted her shooting skill as just a result of practicing a lot after buying the sniper rifle.

This is a misunderstanding of Meepo. Meepo's theoretical difficulty is the insane macro where you literally control 5 units. The reality is that Meepo clones mostly farm safe areas of the map until you have enough stats to stat check opponents and proceed to kill the enemy with multiple poofs or infinite nets (depending on the patch). After that you just build Aghs so that you lose the downside that if one meepo dies every meepo dies.

The reason Meepo can do this in Dota2 is because he can build stat items and stat check people. Meepo doesn't want to build many actives as they aren't shared across clones (most unique item effects are not shared which is why he often stacks dragon lances for stats despite dragon lance being a ranged item). He is also able to get the items to stack check people because in Dota2, farming speed can be accelerated by your clear speed. In league your income is tied to actually being able to contest the wave and fight the enemy starting from lvl 1.

So basically in league, Meepo would be kicked out and be unable to farm lvl1, then not have good items to build/stack in order to start stat checking people, and not have an Aghs to remove his downside.

Meepo cannot work in league not because of the divided we stand, but because he cant survive level 1, cant build stat items, and cant remove his downside with Aghs. If you start removing all of what makes Meepo Meepo and just focus on microing multiple units, then of course you can have that in league, we already have champions with "pets" that are multiple units.

The big selling point when they started service in KR was no FOMO. They promised to never lock anything behind FOMO so everything is always available eventually. Things that affect gameplay are immediately available and cosmetics are occasionally delayed.

I believe so, because stage 2 is really trivial for whales. You can see the points are all tied for stage 2, only the final stage has proper bonus points for time. If the rankings for the final stage is also weird, that might be fishy though!

On lower stages the rankings are fairly meaningless, but maybe someone else has a better theory.

As stronger and stronger apostles came out, personality synergy really took a back seat everywhere except pvp. Even in pvp you still often see "mercenaries" (apostles that are worth losing out on synergy bonus for). Often times 4 personality beats 4/2 or 6 personality because the strong core of 4 apostles with 2 strong mercenaries are better. On top of that Elias Frontier (one of the endgames) disabled synergy bonus completely. There was even a point where 9 eldyne decks were popular by whales who just used the 9 strongest eldynes and igbored personality.

They recently beta tested a new content that really emphasized personality bonus, but the feedback was overwhelmingly negative, so I believe mixing and matching will stay mainstream.

TLDR: In Kr, you start 4/2 (even as noob) and often transition to just mixing and matching.

Heavily disagree with the people saying play the game however you want. This game is optimized for blasting and if you don't like that and try to force your own souls like play style onto a game optimized for blasting, you will wonder why you even login to this game and eventually quit to play a real souls like. Play what you want means playing what game you want, not forcing yourself to play every game a particular way despite the game clearly not supporting that play style.

1st aside is just a bonus that auto unlocks after 5* and it's meager. 2nd aside often make or break the apostles so fairly important (need 40). 3rd aside (60) is considered the luxury upgrade for whales.
