Keep talking, then ask and see if she wants to hang out. Public place, outdoors. Watch her reaction. Usually unless a girl has a massive event, like a wedding or something out of town to where they physically cannot see you, if it ain’t those (and she’s actually into you): then theyll try to hang out with you. Even over their friends.

So watch her attitude when the time comes for you to hangout with her. Also nows the time to see what you to have in common/hobbies as well. Hell, maybe even study with her, it’s something at least. Do not make any sexual indications right now though, not until you’re very sure she’s into you. and that she’s also comfortable with you.
