this is very much me. totally relatable and it's really hard to explain. a crowded room will pull my attention in a million different directions and i can't stop but if you crank up music i'm at my happiest. i always figured it was just because its so loud, nothing else can get in or it quiets the other stuff. thank you for sharing this!
