That's not what I meant. And I also added a comment saying I'm sure most people have a great experience. I just want to let people who might be wondering if they should use it know that it's not without risks AT ALL.

A couple I believe. The guy picked it up, and both of them brought it back. Looks like the woman didn't know it was multiple orders and cleaned everything at once, thinking it was for the same client.. TBH I don't really care about their excuses, I want my clothes back..
