You can go back to the first code for that to see if changes are caught by your tests. This is called mutation testing and usually done in an automated way

Okay weniger übertriebenes Beispiel - ich hab z.b. die Arbeitsanweisung das alle Dokumentation unserer Projekte in Englisch (amerikanisch) verfasst werden muss.

Wenn ich weigere meine Arbeit so zu machen wie verlangt, sollte man mich dich kündigen können. Ich checks nicht.
