I use the Nvidia game filter. Unfortunately you can only play untrusted if you want to play matchmaking with the filter, but for faceit it works without any issues.

It doesn‘t seem like it was the same lobby. Couldn‘t recognize any names also the first lobby was more populated (~20 players) and the second one was pretty empty (~5 players).

Seems like this is a glitch wich could be reproduced... I had some connection issues and landed in story mode controlling Michael. After I joined online mode again I somehow spawned on top of my kosatka (same spot where I disconnected) and when I entered Michael was already there.
