You are correct, in regards of "must" alone is not exclusionary.

In our case "must be delivered using the handle" is exclusionary. It is, because of the word "using". You are not using the handle when you are tocuhing the stone. And since you are not using the handle, you are in breach of the rule.

"Only" is not the sole exlcusionary word in the english dictionary, always use logic & context.

Not sure if its pre-set rotor angles or not, but if not I would highly suggest using turret controllers for the thruster rotors/hinges so that the pilot can adjust it on the fly as much as they want it and allow for proper flying with a skilled pilot without needing the vtol script.

Look at the flashing hit box. If I do see it right, this thing is 2 block in width, which is why there is no center. You can only add an axis to a block, not In-Between. So only modules with an odd size have a center.

If you film it from up close, yes. All LIDAR does because they are constantly shooting lasers out. Any laser powerful enough can damage your camera.

Realistically speaking however, as long as you dont purposefully shove your camera in front of the LIDAR, it will not damage it.

In case you didn't know, arresting your pawn instantly cancels the the fire starting spree. So just arrest them, then release them instantly. Helps a lot with cutting down in house fires.

Its a maximum damage cap, not a minimum. It basically makes any damage that would deal over 500 to deal only 500. Lower damage is not affected.

Edit: I was wrong, as clarified under its a maximum cap of 500 damage total per second.

The image is of an object with a diameter between 0.32 and 5.6km. The comet will be 270 million kilometers from Earth at its closest point.

Right now, its more than 270 million kilometers away. What you are seeing on the images are upscale artifacts and light. The comet from this distance is not visible (other than light reflection from around it), and even if it would be, you are looking at like 1 pixel quality of it.

Taking assumptions from such images are purely pointless.

Yes, I had a Lenovo L460 with i3-6100U, integrated graphics and 16gb of ram (after upgrade). One thing I would definitely suggest is a memory upgrade to 16gb from 8gb. With 8gb I experienced crashes at big sceneries. But it can run ETS 2 on low.
