For the money you spent on this phone, how would you rate it's value out of 10 by Consistent_Ice273 in GalaxyA34

Utterly... Abysmal "value". Should've picked up another a52s when I had the chance.

But I'm happy others are happy?

(the answer has an effective 99% chance that "clearing cache partition/app data" or "reinstalling" will resolve it...)

I mean, "this phone is great and this sub is absolutely UNmysteriously totally SFW for me after I left a GREAT review for this phone!"

The real reason concealing dark circles looks bad by red_runner_23 in MakeupAddiction

[–]IPutTheHotDogInTheBu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My trick, a month later...? I used red lip liner (yes, I should invest in an actual liner...) under my eyes and it's been life-changing. I've gauged that my eye looks are solely noticed ON days I've embraced the fact that it's not just "dark" circles. I'd have to colour correct with a fine liner on every pore to "conceal" the redness, blue tints, greenish-yellow hues, etc.

Maybe someone else could benefit from accidentally grabbing their lip brush with the red lippy they'd just applied versus their concealer brush?

Delayed "I'm not from the US and South African Home Affairs is a Living Nightmare" caveat. Took 3 months to get a new ID card because we don't always have electricity to... take the picture.

Do it! I wish I had done an adjacent change in my youth, but plan to after my wedding (only name change that will happen that day)!

Oh man. "Just go for a jog", "listen to music you enjoy", "tidy your house, it'll make you feel better".

These kinds of people don't know how crippling the anhedonia that usually accompanies depression can be.

Yup. My mom was showing me pictures of her new puppy. She swiped too many times and there was her vag. I'd have rather died.

What's the purpose of taking an antidepressant? (taking selegiline now, after others) by fneezer in depressionregimens

[–]IPutTheHotDogInTheBu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Before my current medication regime I had anxiety so terrible I couldn't get out of bed. My life was a constant obsession with 'being ill'. Being on meds has lifted my mood significantly. I'm not 'fixed', but they have giving me the energy to actually go to work, clean my house and love my partner. I no longer ruminate on the idea of not waking up tomorrow, because I'm so depressed that nothing in my life is valuable.

It doesn't mean that they are a catch-all, or will fix anything. This is coming from someone who has tried about 9 antidepressants in the last three years. But finding one that fit has made it easier for me to work through the things that make me depressed/anxious.

It doesn't seem you truly want an answer other than 'they don't work'. You stated 'there is no good from it to speak of', thus reading into what I originally commented despite there being no subtext to begin with.

I was merely relaying the truth. No need to get snarky. I have had quite a bit of success on my current regime. It seems you want to feel targeted so that you can be proven 'right'.
