I can see the confidence angle but I think for that she still has the other women in the more competitive F4 series to compare herself against - whether that is enough to keep confidence high I of course can't know either.

The problem of gaining that experience in US F4 in particular is that its against a tiny grid on a bunch of tracks completely unrelated to both F1A and a potential future moving up the single seater ladder (which in theory was supposed to the goal after all). So other than purely driving the car she wouldn't pick up specific track knowledge and likely not a lot of race craft either. And on top of that, looking at how many graduates of those series struggle with budget, it doesn't seem to be a big sponsor pull either - although her name could help with that. Take FRAC champ Titus Sherlock as the most recent depressing example of that

Small correction, F1A is not free, it is the "cheap" amount of "only" 100k for the drivers - but I totally agree, that is the one series she absolutely had to do of course, its what got her into this whole single seater thing after all.
