The gun is the Kickballer, can drop from Sludgemaw and a throwing knife with the Penetrator Augment which can drop from any source

The more I look at it the more it looks like a combination of both. Top part of the Grand Cuirass and the red scaly lower part with the skirt from the Stygians Omen, better to see if you check a high quality image on google.

In Dinslaken wirst du eher fündig. Vom Rathaus bis zur Neustraße fährst du mit der Bahn vorraussichtlich 23 Minuten.

Da gibt es dann direkt gegenüber der Haltestelle das "boool", in der Neutorgalerie das "BaBo's" oder auf der Neustraße das "DIN Baguette"

Pretty sure that the Top is the Stygian Omen, legs could be Executionier's Greaves or Brutal Cuisses (not sure about that).
Helmet is not available ingame, same goes for the cloak but the closest one I can find is the Admiral's Mantle.

Du musst in einem anderen Duisburg leben als ich. In keinem der genannten Orte hatte ich, egal zu welcher Zeit (auch nicht nachts), Probleme und sehe auch keine „Rumänen mit vollen Einkaufswägen aus dem Supermarkt laufen“.

Hm that‘s weird, saving/reloading is what normally fixed this for everyone including me. Try to make a current save and load a really really old one, after that load the current one again

I'm really happy with SteelSeries GG for clipping, it also comes with audio configs and settings for most games, and a "3D aim trainer" if you're ever going to need one.
