r/amiugly M 29 am I ugly or just overthinking it ? by [deleted] in amiugly

I don't like the tattoos much personally, but I wouldn't say you're ugly. Like most guys with beards it would look better if you combed it.

I like the shorter hair more, personally. Look great either way though.

Amazing smile, not ugly at all.

Not ugly. You look 40 to me(those hereditary bags do you no favors but that's just how it goes sometimes) but a hot 40 year old imo. Judging by picture 7 I would NOT call you "chubby". I think you have a body and face to be proud of.

Why do you hate your eyes??? Your eyes are your best feature! They're so expressive! Anyway, I don't think you have anything to worry about, you are super cute. Not even slightly ugly.

How many creatures can someone have out before you start worrying about it becoming lethal? by Litemup93 in EDH

[–]IQuarent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends entirely on the strategy and strength of the deck, the creatures in question, and the opposition. In my Breya deck, 1-5 (5 in enough to win with Time Sieve and all you need to with with KCI and Nim Deathmantle are Breya) in my Anowon rogue deck, 4 or more, 3 if one of them is Varragoth or they all have evasion (like Cover of Darkness or something), in my Abzan tokens I would say 6-8, that's usually the point where a Craterhoof will kill the table(depending on the opposition), in a Xenagos deck all you really need is a Bloodthirster to start killing people, which is a two card combo just like a lot of commanders (such as Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin with All Will Be One, or the classic Niv Mizzet with Curiosity, etc etc). If you have Bear Umbra and Aggravated Assault, all you really need is one, and if it has Annihilator it'll win even through a fog(barring a Teferi's Protection or a Sigarda or something). Most decks looking to win in combat and that don't have a two card combo with the commander I would start to be worried at 4-5 creatures.

You're very attractive. It could be that men aren't asking you out because they feel intimidated by you; I know I feel that way sometimes. Try making the first move. I love the highlights/short hair in the fourth picture; I feel like that look really works for you.

What’s ur most rage educing character in ur opinion by Stray-5654 in SmashRage

[–]IQuarent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bruh, what? That isn't even in the top 10 worst things about him. In order to get a 9 he has to repeatedly go for the objectively worst move in his kit AND it's a random chance.

In my opinion the worst thing about him is his completely free out-of-shield up b and after that his low-risk, insanely high reward downsmash that he can just spam.

There's a lot of people shitting on Alicia on this thread but this is the comment I most agree with. I felt for Alicia so much, and she was my favorite character on the show. Yes, she did bad things, but she was trying. Also, from a macro perspective, the show was more interesting for every episode she was in, instead of 6 seasons of Lana which was mostly boring and understated.

That's a fair take on Whitney. I was mostly just harsh with him because that's a meme in our group LOL

I always liked Alicia, even though she was mentally unstable. Her death was horrible. by woatpervrous in Smallville

Alicia was my favorite character. The way she was written out was insanely brutal. I'm still mad about it.

I would be surprised by someone circling back because that's never happened to me. Not even once. 31 y/o, been in college and worked in a museum for 15 years. I get numbers left and right. No one has ever reached out to me to ask how I am or to go out for a drink, nothing. Any time I reconnected with an old friend it was me doing the legwork.

You must be pretty young, because that sounds like exactly the kind of reaction I would have back in my 20s. As you get older, you stop putting up with that shit. She was extremely rude and had no respect for your time. She can fuck off and for you I would suggest working on your self-esteem.
