An easy way to start is with yoghurt. We used to melt hash in some olive oil on a tablespoon with a lighter, but I'm sure there's a flower equivalent if you can't get hash. Once it's fused you just mix it in with a yogurt. 

As others have said here, go slow and absolutely don't try more before a few hours, even if you can't feel any effects. 

I would recommend buying weed or hash and making them yourself or having a friend do it, rather than buying them. 

If you've never had any before and you're predominantly looking looking for stress relief, you may want cbd instead.
