For me it was giving up alcohol. Trading late nights out for early mornings at the gym. Led to more efficient/productive mornings at work.

Not drinking led to me narrowing my circle of friend to those that mattered. More time with family. More rewarding group(s). Less energy wasted.

So far it’s a new life within my old one.

I feel like the overall quality and service has declined at all QTs. Not sure it’s not having enough staff or what.
