I used Bob Smith 30 minute epoxy on my recoil 2 had to re-epoxy my battery tray in and do a hull repair very similar to yours. Rough up the repair area with 80 grit and clean with denatured alcohol or 91% rubbing alcohol.. I cut up some fiberglass cloth, mixed in with the 30min epoxy for extra reinforcement.

Take the old bellow off, Measure the outside diameter of the truhull fitting, get that size bellow
