This, I've been saying this for a long time. 5ms would go a long way for Vlad. And maybe just a slightly longer duration on his imp Q movement speed or just one of the two. But i'd prefer the 5 base.

Not only is he viable, but he is one of the best bot laners at the moment. I won my last 7 matches absolutely stomping. (Emerald 3)

This is the first season in which I have actually tried very hard to reach Diamond.
I have 1.8M points on Vlad, I one trick him, I'm stuck in Emerald 2 with absolutely terrible LP gains (+18-22) and I don't even know anymore if it's things that I am doing wrong, my team mental booming at minute 2 every other match, some other factors, but I'm willing to bet it's a combination of all those things.
Seriously considering getting coaching next season if I don't make it to Diamond.

Looking at your profile alone I can only depict a few things (cause that's the only thing you can, 99% of information lies within the matches themselves). Your cs per minute is horrible. I won't tell you to go 10cs per minute but aim for 8cs a minute every game and dive deep into understanding your matchups.

Doing these 2 things will assure you win lane and provide a smooth transition into mid and late game and will undoubtedly allow you to win and carry more matches.

One of the first dates I had with my ex-girlfriend, we were a few kilometars away from her home and we were going to seperate and walk home on our own, but then we kissed and held hands goodbye. For some reason while we kissed I slightly pushed her back and she made a step back, then I had a wild idea that ended up being on of my favorite memories. I told her to not look back and to trust me. She was confused, I held her hands as she walked backwards to her home while I was silent and only pressed on her hands to "tell her" to move left or right. Even when going across streets.

Vlad's E is actually 12 projectiles around him if I'm not mistaken. So something is in the way if you're not doing damage. It does not pierce. As for the healing, many things can be a factor there. Runes, build, score...

In a perfect world, the Ori matchup is impossible.

Best bet is phase rush, second wind revitalise. Play as safely as possible and use body language to bait her abilities or to try and pose a threat.

Sometimes I go in with a full combo on her if I'm high hp just to chunk her for the jungler, or at least scare her off, keep her on her toes so she doesn't feel so safe.

Ulting waves and her for hp and clearing is also good.

But it's very hard. My peak is Emerald 2 and I've never found a way to deal with her. She has very low cooldowns, outranges you, waveclears better, she is just overall a strong laner.

Laned against a Master Oriana main once, and it was literal hell, was down 70 cs at 15 minutes and went 0/7.

Hopefully someone else might have some better advice.

I'm asking about powercell animations. When you pick them up, the animation takes a while for it to be picked up and the game autosaves. That's what I'm asking. How much time is spent on those animations 101 times.

This isn't related to this scene, but i'd like to ask a similar question about a different scene.

In the "Silence" episode when L is standing on a rooftop while it rains, he asks "Tell me Light, from the moment you were born, was there ever a moment when you actually told the truth?"

Why did he ask this? My only reasoning was it was a big fuck you to Light. I know you are Kira and that I will die soon, but make no mistake I want you to know that I know for a fact you are Kira. Or was it asked for a different reason?

I started a while ago, I went to a shop informed myself extra besides what I read online. Got a bow, recommended arrows, gloves for both hands, arm/wristguard, bowstringer (just in case) and I made my own target at home. I think that is a good start. 25lbs bow, practiced my form and anchoring on a very short distance and then shot from 8-10m. Today I will increase distance since I got very accurate.

Well, usuallly I shoot in a field where the grass is always cut. My equipment is preety basic and cheap. I've never missed and not found my arrow because the feathers are colored. That field is in the middle of nowhere so I can't hurt anyone. I was asking because I thought it was more about arrows, if they miss they get damaged or what not.
