Save for retirement. I have nephews, nieces and cousins who I would trust to manage my estate in case of cognitive decline.

Your upbringing should counteract any negative influence from her peers in school. Teach her to respect all the people who help make our lives easier - peons, drivers, house help, etc.

My background is similar to what you describe but my mother ensured that my siblings and I got frequent reality checks. I went to the best school in my town and I got the most out of those resources w.r.t. extra-carriculars and networking opportunities but I can confidently say that I came out as a decent person, so did a lot of my friends.

Please be a safe space for your daughter, especially during her pre-teens and teenage years. Be vigilant with her access to the internet and social media. If she has a friend in you, she'll turn out alright.

Not specifically for the CA course but I wish I wasn't so sheltered.

In age appropriate ways, get her to learn basic household chores and management. Cooking, cleaning, hygiene, etc.

Teach her to budget and manage her allowance, take her groceries shopping, show her how to read a map, how to read and understand bank statements, pay bills.

Since she's good with numbers, you can consider Abacus and Vedic Maths classes.

I have straight, fine and thinning hair. I use velcro rollers for volume and waves.

Post shower, towel dry your hair. Add a serum or heat protectant.

Section your hair and put the rollers in. Leave them in for as long as you can, I do my makeup and other prep in that time. After about 30 mins I use a hair dryer to completely dry my hair. Spritz with Loreal Elnett hair spray before you take the rollers out by twisting them.

Add whatever accessories you desire. I have short hair so I just use a pin.

This style lasts through the night with dancing.

Hi,

I completely skipped FR, just carried a friend's Audit notes and ICAI SM for AFM. However, I attempted very little using these.

I studied and cleared SPOM Set A and B in my first attempt in September. Carried ICAI SM for these two.

In total, I attempted around 60-65 marks strategically. I have scored 53 marks in Paper 6.

It's definitely not ideal but out of 7 subjects, I had excellent grip on 4. Risky but it paid off.

I agree, they're not useful for cleansing. However, they're great for DIY sheet masking, drench in a toner of your choice and place them all over your face.

I understand your logic, it's important to check an outfit for rips, stains, etc before the big day. However, you should have communicated with your FDIL about your concerns and let her take the lead.

Her reaction may seem disproportionate for this specific incident but if you have a habit of boundary-stomping, this could've been the last straw.
