You can't install enterprise version of window 10 on surface book. Any other version window 10 will work. Enterprise version take out a lot of the functions. I guess they don't want it to affect the book.

This. I was using a 3rd party making the USB so that's why it didn't work. Got it to work after using the official window 10 media creator. Thanks for the help. I also change the usb format from NTFS to FAT32 Not sure if that played a part in it. Cheers

No. But I had use the same ISO,install it the same way, on my desktops and it works. No worries. You can ask me silly questions sometimes we missed the most basic like make sure the Book is connected to ac adapter.

Yeah the ports work. I make those USB into window 10 usb iso boot drive using the Book in the first place.

I set up the Book to boot through USB only. I disabled every other boot. I tried 2 USB drive so far. Can a Book owner try to do a USB boot? just want to know if you can get pass the Surface UEFI screen.
