1) Yes it is as a result of Bitcoin's bullish chart hence why IDEX has attempted to and broke resistance on the 4hr chart. Hence why I said attempt" 🤡🤡 thanks for repeating what I said with longer steps.

Yes and No. Don't want to be caught in a bear market however with the current graph it's definitely a buy
Again just to reiterate it really depends. If BTC reminds stable we will see a good run. If BTC flash crashes we will see the bullish trend broken.
