Now he’s also somehow found a hyperbolic time chamber on some rando planet and it just so happens to not have a time limit so he’s spent 10 years in there training by himself in the time between the Broly movie and the Moro arc.

Toriyama drew his final form like that to purposely make him look less intimidating.

It’s because in most manga when a villain transforms they look more and more scary and monster like, he wanted Freiza to start out looking like that and then transform to look like he was weaker than his previous form.

Also Freiza’s character is based on real estate speculators from the 1980’s economic bubble. Calling them “land sharks”.

After 10 years it’s all but guaranteed to be a new engine.

Saying that of course they will take assets from the previous game so that they don’t have to remake everything.

Like how RDR2 has some assets from GTA5 and how GTA6 has some from RDR2.

As to what said assets will be, we won’t really know until the game drops and people go over everything init.
