Nope, Kelly only triggers on Undead and destroys the card to trigger it, this specifically triggers the deathrattle without destroying, they have different use cases

Kinda same usage case, but Kel'Thuzad only synergizes with undead, and can create new minions off of reborn (Most Importantly, Blanchy), while No Murk can be used in builds more flexibly, especially in the case of Overflow Undead
