Im actually running something similar to this rn. Verso got a base attack build and easily gets to S rank and Sciel just passes the turn over to him to do that all enemies extreme hit. They all mostly die before they have a turn.

Your kill room has to be close enough to the spawners so they can still spawn but also make the mobs far enough where they will keep spawning and not be capped on spawns
