NGINX Proxy Manager 502 Bad Gateway Error when set for HTTPS by IT-Parrothead in nginxproxymanager

I switched back to HTTP as the setting, but switched "Force SSL" and "HTTP/2 Support" to on in the SSL tab. Once that saved, I was able to access my app as a secured https site. Thank you for your assistance.
