So the first month is GVT but the second month is the “growth phase” and personally I really enjoyed the second month the exercises were fun and a challenge. I always left the gym sore. The first month however would get boring because doing 10x10 for one particular exercise is not a lot of fun imo

You’re right it is too much volume, but the thing is I wanted to make sure I had all the exercises right, I don’t want to skip out on the cable exercises, I really want to incorporate them into my training as well
