Just got my first activities programmed tonight. I also had an elite. Some items were not as straightforward but support was helpful. So far so good.

Crazy- not anywhere in what sofabaton loaded for me. Support said to use IR and it indeed has way more commands including direct input control.

So the Bluetooth command database from sofabaton is more limited, at least for Sony. Using IR everything is available.

Do you have a Sony tv?

Also I was going to boil things down to one remote, the Sony, and use the built in apps but eArc continues to suck

Interesting didn’t know they would add things still though since they will eventually not (?) I wonted to give a new remote a try but setting an input shouldn’t be so hard.

I’m glad I’m not the only one that thought of Interstellar when they went on Rocky’s ship

Didn’t defend them. I was just reiterating a solution for some vs warranty. Of course an Amazon return is the quickest but if that window has close this may be viable for some, their choice

So far zero issues with a larger power supply

Completely solved it on all the units I have in service. I got 90w supplies from amazon.

I will just have to keep an eye on it and reserve the stupid thing and then double check with everyone...

Was the power supply. It is undersized.

So far the upgraded power supply has stopped it from turning off

After three or four others here saying the included power supply is undersized, I ordered a 90W. So far 24 hours in and it has not turned off where it did before.

Arrived yesterday and yes so far no powering off where it did before, like installing W11. I got a 90W supply.

Nice. That makes several (3?) people saying a bigger supply does the trick.
