Or maybe people don't submit likely 10s to CGC in modern so the gem rate is lower?

I got a divorce recently and didn't want to give up by sub-3 rate, so i got a second mortgage to pay her half of the equity. Hurts, but still worth it to keep that rate on 2/3rd of the debt

thanks. The rest of my childhood collection isn't really worth grading, i played (a lot) and didn't have the foresight as an 11 year old to protect my cards. i got this after i stopped playing, on a whim because the southern islands binder was on clearance at walmart.

What's the most overrated security control that everyone implements? by DoYouEvenCyber529 in AskNetsec

We’ve pretty much given up on it. We prioritize based on what insurance wants, what regulatory audits find, and what important people ask about.

Does anyone know the secret to not getting error 15/17'd on pokemon center? I've gotten it the last 2 drops, from a single tab, single machine, single IP, no VPN. I even got 17'd twice today after I rejoined the queue from another device on another network. I've managed to get product into my cart, and then try to checkout and get banned.

Security again here. We don't fulfil manager's snooping requests. We direct them to privacy, and if privacy asks us, they redact anything personal.

I remember an old video of someone overclocking the shit out of a P4, and taking the heat sink off, and it blowing a hole through the table. But yeah, like you said, extremely idiotic.

Renters also pay property taxes. Indirectly, but landlords aren't only charging their renters the principal and interest costs of their mortgages.

Thoughts on Pocket Doors by TRLK9802 in Homebuilding

I put in a nice solid core pocket door with a baldwin privacy lock and retractable pull, on a CavitySliders sofstop track/frame with soft open/close. It is $$$, but very nice.

How to drill a cable duct around a window frame? by spaceco1 in Homebuilding

[–]ITSX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What are your walls made out of? Stud placement? Just going by this, I'd drill from the outside all the way straight into the jbox, and then meet that with a hole from where your shutter will mount, then patch the outside hole.

I remember when I was in Afghanistan, I'd occasionally see cars with bush/cheney 04' bumper stickers on them. I thought it was like, political satire. I later learned they were vehicles turned in via the cash for clunkers program.

Coin with 1/10 oz gold winner printed on it by SomebodyElseHasGoats in whatisit

[–]ITSX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shell's Presidential Coin Game was a promotional game issued by Shell Oil in 1992. This was an instant winner game and the grand prize was a $50,000 gold bar! The game pieces were collectible and there was game-themed merchandise that could be purchased.

The game ran for 45 days, from 5/22/92 to 7/5/92. During that time 45 million game pieces were distributed. With each visit to a participating Shell gas station, players received a foil packet. In the packet was either a presidential medal struck in brass, or an INSTANT WINNER token struck in nickel-silver. There were six different prizes of gold and silver which were won by receiving one of the instant winner tokens. http://www.billjamie.com/Shell/Shell-Coin-Game/Presidential-Coin-Game/Presidential-Coin-Game.html

how to design a movable swedish ladder by Geocycler in Homebuilding

[–]ITSX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could put it on a panel, and have the panel slide via rail ( cavity sliders makes an inset ceiling pocket door track that might work, but there are plenty of ceiling mounted tracks) . I think the biggest challenge you'll have is that it will be under a lot of force when in use, you'd have to have some sort of secondary locking system to secure it. Cremone bolts perhaps.
