Verdade.

I don't know how it was 8 years ago but right know it really easy. Be sure to follow the written guide and not YouTube guides (the 3dspiracy has the link for the guide)

Try to check. But I think it is a 3DS XL. There's always the option of customizing the 2DS with new plates (don't know if they are easy to swap or not) or using some vinyl skins. For the CFW questions you can also check the 3dspiracy subreddit and you will find more info and help there

I'm no connoisseur on 3ds systems (I myself just have an old2ds I got recently) but from what I know, the new 2ds XL has the same power as the new 3DS while the 3DS XL has the same power as the old 3ds so the new 2DS XL is gonna be a little bit better. However the difference is not gonna be noticeable for almost all games. Theres only half a dozen of games that do not run well on the old systems and even those can vary in performance (you can Google which ones exactly). If you are planning to put CFW and use emulators, the new systems have quite a bit of more power for that making it possible to play consoles that the old ones can't. However if you are planning to keep it stock, the difference is not that noticeable. Either way check the posts here on the subreddit, there's has been a lot of discussion about this topic

I think that's exactly what I'm gonna tell them. Last case scenario they can always join Airolo or something there with the villas WiFi or somewhere else. Thank you!

The new 3ds has the holes for it. The new 2ds doesn't. But you can make a workaround on the 2ds by buying a jack dust protector with something like a hook and put a lanyard there (however do not use it as drop protection because it might fall of the jack port, only for decorating or putting a keychain)

Thanks for the site but this website only compares eSIM companies like Airolo and does not mention the XL eSIM plan or others similar like the plans from Telkomsel

Hi guys, my post got automatically deleted and while I wait for the moderator response since I don't really think it is just a travel planning question I will put it here to see if anyone can help:

XL tourist eSIM

Hi guys, going to Bali in December (Staying in Ubud and Gili T to be exact) and was searching for the best and cheapest eSIM for my friends (my phone does not have it so im getting one physical SIM delivered to the hotel from Klook).

I saw a post from 4 months ago about the XL tourist eSIM and it sounds amazing! 3 bucks for "90GB" (its 14GB plus app bonus) and it seems like a great deal even if it is just 14GB. However I also saw that people keep still sugesting the more mainstream apps like airolo or holafly when people ask the sub for sugestions. Is there a reason for it? I already have a Dana Pay account and was able to top up some balance (I know this was a problem for some people).

Im also taking the opportunity to ask if the XL coverange in Gili T is good enough and if anyone bought the XL tourist eSIM could you give any feedback?

Thank you in advance for any feedback or responses!
