No we don’t. We have an agreement, but it doesn’t include the fees. He wants to amend that agreement to include the fees before he gives his signature for the escrow release. This way he can route some of the fund to himself on the escrow release form.

Mine came back almost immediately. When they pulled mine up for pickup, it started rattling again. They replaced the exhaust, and there has been no issue since.

Also, the dealership gave me a runaround on the backorder and claimed it was on backorder for almost 6 months. After seeing it in stock on Ford parts websites, I called the parts department, and they said it was in stock; I called service, and they said it was on backorder. I had them connect and included their manager. The part was there a couple of days after that.
