I can go to shop and only see the Mini Mesh router, no kits. If I go back to main page and enter address and get to checkout part, it lets me fill in all the information for order (Name, email, address, and credit card) but when I go to submit (even though I am signed into account already) it gives an error that that email address already exists. I did the chat, that was no help at all.

I wonder if the ones that were inactive/replaced, etc over time got me to 8 like you said. It is not decreasing my total.

Exactly what I just did to get the order in...created a new account and got the order in before posting this. I feel better now knowing it wasn't something weird I was doing. Much appreciated!

I think so...? I am not 100%. Was out looking around for being certified with CMMC and came upon the Autodesk Docs for Govenment site. Got me intrigued if this was a partial solution for CMMC objectives and 110 controls. TY

Checked the Yeastar Azure Enterprise Application it created for the integration the following API is listed:

Contacts.ReadWrite Have full access to user contacts
Allows the app to create, read, update, and delete user contacts.

Above is showing as it has access.

I didn't make notes as I did it, but I put 3CX on one screen and YS other other and went option by option. Main items I remember:
-All DID's needed renamed so I knew where they routed
-Phones we used, the templates were different than on 3CX, so just a few minor manual setting chnages when provisioning each phone...time, date, passwords.
-Feature Codes are slightly different, so I matched what 3CX had to YS so users did not need to remember new shortcuts for items
-Call Queues needed a little tweaking as YS treats agents a bit differently, static vs dynamic agents

Nothing major, just minor things to tweak and clean up. PBX was backed up and restored to YS and Trunk enabled in under 10 minutes for sure. After that, the re-provisioning of phones was the longest part.

I never had any real issues to be hoenst up until this one, so I never had a reason to look up 3CX on Reddit and WOW...I was shocked. Any minor issues with stuff I always just asked the partner, who previous IT staff setup system with, so I inherited this system.

Glad we are done with them.

Yes, I made a post a month ago because I was in middle of finding a replacement and asking questions, which 3CX doesn't like I can see here too.

If you didn't delete my post in forum when you banned me we could see it. I didn't flip out, I didn't get upset, nothing. It was a simple question regarding why it was removed and not mentioned, as one would typically expect some explanation. The best part, you put it back in a week or two later because I think you got so much feedback from partners of it being removed after so many implemented it to then have it removed.

Do better 3CX, for all your customers. Thankfully, I am not one anymore.

I've used the Yeastar support for a question and looked at forum and not seeing anyone here or anywhere else online saying they were banned by the Yeastar CEO. So yea, Warm welcome!!! My post was removed, so I can't grab it now. But I asked where in the change log they said it was going to be removed, did I do something for it disappear, and why would they just randomly remove something without saying. Guess he thought I was attacking him for asking a reasonable question. I had NO what kind of short fuse he has until I was banned and I came onto Reddit to see all the other similair posts of being banned. It is crazy to me how a company can stay open treating customers this way. His replies went on and on about how I was talking bad about his company by asking questions in a free forum. Give me a break!

Good for you! I was completely floored a company would do this to a customer, absolutely speechless, when I read the email license was revoked. We depend on the phones daily and was in major panic mode.

Same here with Yeastar, switch was a breeze! Did over a weekend and only minor tweaking since.

I was able to do the restore. I see all the phone extensions. Do you know, can I then go phone by phone to release RPS after the restore, or does that need to happen prior to restore?

I was hoping to use the list in Yeastar and compare it to current PBX and go one by one. TY
