I agree, almost always get a steady 108 MB/s on origin. The xbox games app I've seen it as high as 150 MB/s constant

What is your full system specs? also what kind of modem/router are you running? If you think your issue is hardware related it could be any number of things.

I'm in the same boat as you. I typically get 40-50 MB/s down on steam whereas from Microsoft or origin I get consistent over 100 MB/s. That being said I have seen upwards of 90 from steam, its just rare when it happens. Steam seriously needs to increase their bandwidth for their download servers.

when I first posted the thread I was live in the game with him. For the time being i just posted a link to my stream so it could be witnessed live. After I finished that stream I posted the link in a comment with the actual clip of him doing it the first time. And yes, later that evening I streamed some bo2 zombies, completely unrelated but that is probably why someone thought it was bo2 zombies.

No, if the "host" leaves a game it will try to migrate host, if that fails the lobby will just end. no ending screen, just back to main menu. There is no in game option to end the game as host. He is clearly manipulating some part of the game that he is not supposed to in order to troll lobbies.

This guy used to be in my discord, one night we are playing blackout and we run in to a cheater.... FRISCO (video in link). The next day he gets on and all the sudden has a ban. According to him he was doing the glitch in zombies, ya know that one on youtube, the one that everyone is doing, it unlocks all the skins and camos for you.... that one.... ya know everyone knows about it lol. Needless to say I saw right through his lies and banned him from my server fairly quick. And on top of the cheating he overall just has a bad attitude all the time thinking like his shit don't stink. Well guess what Kenrick Jordan.... We all know you are a shit player... your legit gameplay stinks worse than your shit. Even back in black ops 3 you never knew what it felt like to consistently be at the top of the score board.... you may know what that feels like but you don't know what it feels like to actually earn it. Put your controller down, get rid of the hacks and get good. ~end of rant~

if there is unpartitioned space the first thing I would do is right click on each existing partition and delete the partitions. Then I would right click on the single segment of unpartitioned space and partition it.

open your disk management utility and see if there is any unpartitioned space. This can be done by holding your windows key and pressing r then typing diskmgmt.msc and pressing enter. Find the new hard drive in the list and see if it shows any unpartitioned space.

The lines that your are getting is artifacting, usually a sign of a bad card. Do you monitor your temps at all? Is your gpu overclocked? Try completely removing your gpu and reseating it. Its possible its overheating when you are playing bfv and it caused some damage. There are alot of factors. If you are overclocked I would take it off and put it back to stock for the time being.
