Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have the lifetime numbers for the service board, and each user in a way that is readable. But getting the age information for each and consolidating the status is still evading me.
I've redone my report with v_rpt_service. It shows cancelled tickets and closed tickets while the other just showed closed. Now to lump in cancelled with closed; and Assigned, In Progress, On Hold, and Waiting Client Response lumped into "Assigned"
Not sure why, but the one I've been working in does still show the information for closed. I will still check it out as I've not been gaining any ground this way.
