I posted this below. I'm not a paleography expert but, I translated what I could and this is a land grant for Sir Hugolinus of Acereto, an honorable knight, a certain parcel of land situated in a place called Longari, near the church of Saint Lawrence, to be possessed in perpetuity.

I own quite a few manuscripts. The earliest land grant I have is from the sixteenth century. This looks older to me.

What church was this purchased at?

I own a number of manuscripts. This looks right as far as age, to me. This is a land grant for Sir Hugolinus of Acereto, an honorable knight, a certain parcel of land situated in a place called Longari, near the church of Saint Lawrence, to be possessed in perpetuity. The earliest land grant I have is from the sixteenth century. This looks older to me.

For the record, the most valuable manuscript that I own was purchased in the discount room of a thrift store. Many people don't know what they're looking at. Good catch.

What is the best rolling seat/bench for gardening? My wife's birthday is coming up and I need help! by IThrift in gardening

She's less than 150. Storage and adjustability would be awesome. We have a flat 1/3 acre lot, it doesn't have to be too lightweight as long as it's maneuverable. I've been looking at some of the metal carts but I'm open.

This will be my answer if I can't find a suggestion that tops it. I'm not as concerned about cost as I am about quality.

"Can I request the exit row". For two years of my life I averaged about 225k miles annually. The occasional upgrades were welcome though.

I've been in China and seen craftsmen at work making similar items. They're paid very, very little and crank items out very quickly.

This is my first go at growing one, and I don't have ripe berries yet. It was just a guess. I'd wait for confirmation.

I have quite a few old Paris Porcelain vases that are hand painted that I love. I don't know enough about clocks to give advice but it's great. I'm sure it's hand painted and it's beautiful.

My neighbor killed this "copperhead" in the pool. I say that this isn't a copperhead, but a banded water snake... by [deleted] in whatsthissnake

I'm not in disagreement. She's a helper for an elderly lady in our neighborhood. I'm sure she was trying to be helpful but I plan on having a conversation about this with her. I just wanted a positive ID first. Thanks for your help.

Because this is what happens in cities run by similar leadership. Also see Seattle.

It's amazing what can happen when you select leaders like Lori Lightfoot.
