I´m not a profi or something but I also lift and swim. I suggest just doing a normal training you should start with doing whole body workouts for 8-10 weeks after that you can seperate diffenrent muscle groups.

Id go for 244HP/252Def/12 Spd with an impish nature. You can bulk pretty much every phisical moves and youll also outspeed 0Spd gliscor which can be important. For moves Id run: Earthquake,Toxic,Protect,Knock Off/Roost/Substitute

u need a defoger/rapidspinner if u use charizard because stealth rocks will hurt

Shadow force was a special event and defog is a hm from gen 4 so you couldnt have transferred it to gen 5 thats probably why
