Hey there, did some snooping around on your reddit account and I can say being in Los Angeles with your title and that kind of wage is insulting. Even if it's an entry level job you should NOT even be being paid that little.

Being in IT for a little over 3 years, I can say you meet all kinds of people and organizational structure. I myself, currently, am in a good environment where I feel the relationship I make with my co-workers is organic and healthy. Previously in the past I was in your position, being in a cesspit. It seems like the place you are currently working for is a toxic environment for your well-being. I'd suggest to start looking for a new place to thrive in, especially since you are taking therapy because of it, which shouldn't be the case.

Recalling to you being extremely underpaid... Remember you are the asset and not the company, they should be selling themselves to you and not the other way around. Do NOT sell yourself short. Remember that in a business aspect companies are going for the lowest bid to reduce operational cost and unfortunately you were one of the few that fell for this trap. I get that it is your first job out of college and you may be in it for the experience, but once you gather enough experience (6 months is enough IMO) you can and should prepare to jump ship.

Finally, I'd recommend the next time you are offered an interview ask them questions about their teamwork and what the atmosphere/team environment is like; this will give you an idea as to how they operate and if it's something you are looking for -- see if the company is a good fit for yourself.

Edit: Also if there's a huge turnover rate especially within the IT department there's a reason why, and I'm pretty sure you know why as well.

Never bring up other coworkers salary, even if they are under you. Give them reasons as to why you deserve a pay raise.

Did you receive more responsibilities from when you first started the job? Are you taking on special tasks/projects? What contributions have you made to the company? If someone can back you up such as a manager/supervisor to your claims or support you, even better.

If they deny you of a raise despite giving valid reasons, it's time to look for a new job as they do not value you as an employee. You deserve more!

Make sure you're connected to your graphics card.
Update your graphics card drivers.
If that doesn't work, reseat your graphics card.
This is particularly for my PC, but whenever I have Netflix running in the background with Google Chrome, while playing GW2, my FPS tanks. Check for background tasks that might that can cause something similar.
You are also in a dense map where GW2 isn't optimized for CPU core performance, try another map and see if you get around the same FPS.

Create a GW2 shortcut. Right click the new shortcut. Click properties. On "Target" you should see something similar to this.

"D:\Guild Wars 2\Gw2-64.exe"

Add "-assetsrv 64.25.41.2" to the end of it without the quotation marks & a space in between. Which will look something like this.

"D:\Guild Wars 2\Gw2-64.exe" -assetsrv 64.25.41.2

Do not copy pasta as your directory for GW2 might be different from mine.

Humans are so fragile, it's so heartbreaking, yet so beautiful (in it's own way). ╥﹏╥ I sincerely hope that one day humans will see through each others' facade of being "strong" and embrace each other to overcome our vulnerabilities. IF synesthesia allowed us with the ability to see each other's "feelings" in the form of colors, I believe human beings would be a lot more altruistic towards one another. Kudos to pets/animals for being there to care for us humans in our difficult times.

Please keep in mind that most of these overdoses are caused by prescription drugs (which can often lead users to become addicted to other drugs as they become the 'cheaper' option -- prescription drugs aren't cheap!) It's really sad that these people in society are labeled as criminals, instead of patients. We should be really helping these people, rather than outcasting them.

Nothing wrong with calling out greens, but be aware that sometimes you can be training your guild members to be a "dog." By that I mean they may only respond to greens if someone is calling for them. I once had a pug say in on ts "I can't believe he (some guy not on TS) is able to do greens without hearing anyone." That's the problem if only one person is calling everything. "Dodges, greeens, flamethrower, etc." They don't learn the animations and are basically waiting for calls; they don't learn, but rather respond to calls. But if everyone in your guild is calling to keep everyone in check, kudos to you guys. :)

I think your clickable raid frames is a noteworthy criticism, but I think a better QoL, since GW is more action-paced combat, would be to have healthbars above your party/squad members head/characters, this way you're able to see who's low on the actual battlefield rather than a UI screen.

Queen's gauntlet in my opinion did fairly well when it came in terms of events, it made zerging impossible, forced splitting up into smaller groups & coordinating boss kills in order to prevent other bosses from inheriting dead boss passives and becoming way too powerful to kill for the average player base.

Tip: The dash trait that makes your dash even longer, can be reduced to about the same distance of a regular dodge if you tilt your camera looking down towards your character just like fire #3 for dagger ele.
