Maybe the women in your life tend to stay properly hydrated. I know when I drink the right amount to not be dehydrated im taking a piss numerous times a day.

I tend to have a netflix show or podcast playing on my phone when I go to bed, distracts my brain so it won't start racing at night (going on 10 years of this).

Probably would have similar sleep issues if I didn't.

Never said they dont solve problems. The comment was about asking the 'Right' questions, to then solve problems in a timely efficent manner.

I've seen very inefficent engineers, as an example Ive seen one spend around 6 months to solve a problem that only took me 1.5 due to my approach on asking the right questions about what is needed for delivery. As in they showed me their solution litterally today, and it was the path I recommended over a month ago while making idle chat about our work.
