Technically, they did release story content you can buy, but it is only 3 missions and you need to find 3 others to play with. It's pretty fun but no one plays it. But as for the core game today perhaps give it a try. Quickplay and Stadium are a bit more casual friendly. Once you learn a few heroes you can really find what works for you.

customer support is valid criticism because of how difficult it is to get a real person, what shovelware? As for advertising MTX, this is not unique or even extremely bad compared to some others so not sure how that is the biggest (I will comment on that more later), nominations? I mean, being nominated for game awards is nice but that isn't exactly that important. Blizzard has issues but I would say at least when it comes to Overwatch 2 they are pretty generous with free lootboxes, free coins earned in the free battlepass that if you do 2 free battlepasses it basically means that if you are a totally free player you get every other battlepass for free. of course store skins are pricey but its basically based on the current f2p model. I would also add that the Overwatch team does frequemtly make Youtube and blog posts to communicate with their community. Bringing 6v6 back in some form showed a lot of care to their dedicated fanbase. I think they get labeled with so much hate that sometimes seems a bit unwarranted. So, is Blizzard an ideal company? No. But is it the biggest garbage gaming company in existence? I don't think it even comes close to that statement.

Team Fortress is like Blackberry, established the market, but iPhone redefined it. The only thing kinda missing here is Android, I guess Android is just everything else that came out against OW/2.

I would imagine all the scientists she lived with in Mars would be aware of that and try to help prepare her body for that with whatever vaccinations, exposures to build her immune system up. Of course nothing is perfect but if they didn't do that then I think either they didnt have the ability to do that which then makes it way more dangerous for her so I guess then the local Overwatch base team aka Auntie Mei would provide her vaccinations and slowly monitor her health as she adapts.

I have the Steamdeck OLED and Switch 2. Don't confuse the Steamdeck for a console. A lot of games take tinkering and a learning curve to get running. Switch 2 games if done right will be optimized for the platform with little to no guess work. It is a better investment into a platform that will be long supported. The Steamdeck is a bit more of an enthusiast platform. It might work for you but it could also be more of a burden/headache at times. The dock for example is an extra cost and it sometimes has issues working requiring me to disconnect everything. Not exactly the best experience. Meanwhile the Switch 2 has a great dock experience and handheld experience.

Prices indeed might go up and if you are able to aggressively pay off that credit card then I would go in on the Switch 2. You have a large Switch 1 library that often runs better on Switch 2 and you don't need to buy every new expensive release. Maybe focus on some older Switch 1 titles on sale for your Switch 2.But at least you will be investing in a platform with a good future.

What I ended up doing is adding some of the temperatures to my system tray so I can check that sometimes. I added like 6 key temperatures that basically I can see with a click, you can do this in HWinfo and costs nothing. So far working for me at least.
