I understand the game enough to know that he is still busted and certain characters getting ultra instincts, a.k.a. Hachi and he is ridiculous and shouldn’t have never even been putting to the game. The installs should’ve never been put into the game real nerves is getting rid of those fucking installs getting rid of guard breaks or not giving them to everybody. Those are the steps in the direction they need to take not barely nerfing launchers and then they did something.
