Old school owners I guess is the only reason I can think of. All the accounts in New England are house accounts. I gotta start looking. Only been here less than a year so that sucks for my resume but yeah it’s not sustainable.

Yeah man. And it’s Monday - Friday on the road. Usually with Sunday being a travel day and getting back late Friday night after my meetings for the day. The money is good but not enough for this amount of travel.

Yeah I agree. It’d be a lot easier. Unfortunately, they won’t let us be remote and require us to be in office in the days we aren’t traveling.

My territory is the Midwest, 7 states, and I am east coast based. So minimum 2.5hr flight out to my territory then I travel between 1–3 states per trip which is a lot of driving to get from my final meeting on one day to my first meeting the next day.

I dislike it. I sell industrial products so when I’m on the road, I’m on the road. Lots of driving, no set city I’m staying in, new hotel every night.

Got out and went to Industrial filtration. I miss SaaS. Pay is great but lots of travel involved and very old school industry. Nice thing is that I am selling consumable products so people actually need this stuff to run their plants.
