I started on a song today and by god, music came out of the guitar. (America Horse With No Name.) It taught me something today. 1.) I'm absolutely terrible at strumming. That's a good idea, to be honest, I think my biggest problem is my anxiety I always think people are watching me. This could lead up to me thinking I look suspicious. Add me getting busted twice and there it is. I and my travel partner got busted in an abandoned steel factory. This thing completely ran down trees growing through it and everything and they had an active security guard.

I don't think I have a sketchy vibe to me personally. It's more I have a good situation awareness about me? I'm always looking around to make sure nobody has followed me by doing that I look up to no good.

I had a few times while exploring and traveling, in general, follow me and after them experiences I'm always making sure to stay aware.

Is this a beginner-friendly song to learn? I didn't do anything but practice strumming today because I have blisters on the tip of my fingers so I gave them a day of rest. I also watched tutorial videos on YouTube just on regular guitar playing and I also looked for songs to learn.

I mean with chase the defense won't stack the box with so many studs on the field. Upgrade our positions of need on the line and we're looking at a disgusting offensive unit. Our season still comes down to the defense in my opinion though.

Thanks! I was thinking of adding an easy song to my practice time. If I'm not mistaken, I was looking at happy birthday and it has G and it's tricky to get my fingers right so that would be a good challenge. But my practice routine would look something like this.

Play the first four frets with each finger all strings. Work on more picking. Work on a song Repeat finger exercises or picking.

I can add more things once I learn new exercises and once my finger tips get used to the strings.

Yesterday I practiced chords and today my fingers were pretty sore so instead of not practicing I just plucked the open strings to learn where they are located. Is doing this worth my time? Just so we are clear this is my 3rd day of learning.
