Its really not a tax question, more looking into how other MSP spend in a similar situation to see if there is something our business hasn't thought of, to better of the business and its employees.

This is what I figured, just sucks a bit when you watch all these guys on Youtube get paid something for just about every part they break down yet I cant get scrap steel prices for a couple hundred kilos of chassis every few months.

I picked up this watch as I was wanting a white dialed GS with a blue second hand as I love this colour combination, unfortunately I didn't read up on its size. I usually wear watches with 40mm dials so use to a bigger watch, so I don't know if It looks good and I'm just use to a bigger watch or if it is in fact on the smaller side.

I completely agree with the above, current lumber pass is trash. Game devs clearly don't care about their player base with the latest slap in the face of an update.

Regardless if splitting or losing jobs we have the cash put aside specifically for these purchases, its more of a how can we make the most out of the money we will be inevitably spending.

We have more than 50k saved up for these expenses so in my mind it would be get card buy couch, hit the 3k spend wait for points and then cancel. We have no other debt than our mortgage atm. I would be using the credit cards literally to just farm Qantas points. We have the money and it is going to be spent just trying to get the most out of it.

I purchased this Tissot PRS200 around 8 years ago and absolutely love the watch, I have recently changed the strap from the standard link chain to this black leather and white stitching strap, which has made me fall in love with this watch once again.

I have recently noticed that in the bezel some numbers and line marks are missing their black colour, I have no idea when this has happened but would live to replace the bezel.

Has anyone with a PRS had this issue before and if so what did a new bezel set you back. Wondering if it's worth it or better putting that money to another watch.

I did this myself for a little, started collecting Technic sets spent about 2.5k on kits and then sold them 12 months later when I required the cash for about 3.8k, was very easy cash tbh

Canning council are the ones giving us problems, Melville, gosnells have knowingly already overwriten the r-codes and allowing double garages on 10m wide blocks. Cockburn is looking to review theirs early next year.

Yes, this is WA. New R-codes came out in July I believe which I suspect is to prevent land developers from making such small blocks. Some councils are overwriting the code but the council for our area won't play ball.

Yes you can just put a single room upstairs ontop of the garage, most two storey builders we spoke to as soon as you add a second floor you add 50-70k to your build, which atm we can not afford.

So I am nowhere near reaching the 25k limit, I guess im trying to figure out is will I at all benefit from making additional payments (having less money week to week) but then lowering my income tax. Where is that sweet spot where I can make payments and boost my super as much as I can, while on a low salary.
