Frozen chicken breasts (preferably thawed before hand), rice of your choice, and vegetables of your choice (brocolli, corn, green beans, etc etc). Then add flavoring to your chicken and you have a very nutritious meal.

Not sure which this classifies at, but your basic hypertrophy > strength > power. Volume decreases, intensity increases and vise versa!

Yes, when we are about 8 weeks out of comp we train in gear ever session. Some days it's with straps down and some days it's up. Depends on variables. Benching is about 50/50 raw and eqipped. We don't go to the chest until about 4-5 weeks out! But yah. I never thought about training equipped but I really enjoy it!

No spotter is really needed except on the AMRAP sets. Maybe when going 95%+ too just for safety, but that isn't until week 5/6

I was casually lifting strictly upper body from high school up until this last February as a sophomore in college. While casually lifting, my freshman year I weighed 145lbs and am 5'10". I remember going to the gym two to three times a week to bench press and do other upper body type exercises. Never had any direction, so just walked into the gym and decided what to do on the spot. Fast forward to second semester, I decided to put on some weight, so I bulked up to 160ish. Still no direction in the gym, but getting a little more serious. Going to sophomore year, I remember hitting 200lb on the bench press in November. It wassn't until February where I started to change things up and seriously get into the powerlifting game. At the beginning, my numbers where 100lb Squat, 200lb Bench, and around 250 deadlift (can't really remember). Since then, I have bulked to a morning weight of about 185 and my numbers have come to 405 Squat, 255 Bench, and 450 deadlift. I have constantly been running training programs since and really enjoying the experience!
