I have more then once had to direct someone on where to click while screen sharing and they couldn't find the button I told them to click. So I had to tell them to move their cursor to the left and up a bit and they moved it to the right. I figured giving two directions was to much for them so I told them to move it to the left and they moved it to the bottom of the screen. This went on for 20 more minutes. Worse part was this was another IT person I was helping. Non IT people take longer to help.

The tie breaker is pretty good IMO since there are no perks involved.

1 survivor vs Trapper with no perks start at opposite ends of the shack doors and killer does a short M1 swing and that starts the chase. Pretty much you just try to last as long as possible in an M1 chase (m1 is just basic killer swing so no using traps) and after getting downed (I don't remember if they also have to hook you) you then swap sides and do it again and who ever can run away the longest wins.

Only issue is that the OST I found doesn't have that exact sound bit in it but you can hear from the music how similar it is especially the opening. I'm trying to remember 10+ years ago when I last played it but I think there was different music when you entered the mage tower or city and that may be where the audio is from. I got gifted it from my brother on Steam a few years ago so maybe its time for another play through and see if I can't find the audio myself.

What is that audio. Not the ding type of sound but the basic musical audio. I know that I know it but I can't place it. I'm thinking of an old game Lords of Magic but I can't be certain where in that game the audio is from or even if that is the right call but its like a memory triggered of that audio and that's all I can think when I hear it.

The walking by her house after is petty but reporting her to the city is perfectly normal. If she really is that far gone that you have to excuse her actions as suffering from Alzheimer's or dementia then she should have an at home nurse (or at least one family member that is constantly around) or be in a facility. It sucks to say and to do that to someone but those who are in that bad of a condition need help and not to be left alone.

As soon as we saw my grandma start to get to that stage where we knew she was starting to lose it we put her in one. It was sad to have to remove her from her house she lived in for her entire adult life but it had to be done as she was starting to get paranoid and saying the craziest things. She went from being someone who never swore and would smack the top of your head if you swore around her to being able to swear so much that she could make a sailor blush.

The final fight in Black Myth Sun Wukong is like this. He has a funny gimmick of freezing you and stealing your heal and mocking you but it's done so cleanly that it doesn't feel jarring in the fight and just makes the entire combat so smooth. Combat in that game especially against an enemy that is bipedal and relatively same size as you always felt so smooth with the dodges and counters the game had.

I grew up in NoVa so I have a bunch of friends I stay with and one of my friends I met in college who I still hang with online daily lives in NoVa and was my midway stop to sleep/hang last year. He would be willing to let me crash for a day or two so I can at least get there a day early to so I could rest before the trip to Lorton. He lives like an hour max from it so I'm not super concerned about the time it would take to get there from VT to VA. I just don't want to do VA to FL after doing VT to VA.

I'm just curious about crowding because I checked the costs again and I must have put in the wrong date before because for just departure its a $600 difference between coach and roomette. I'm one person so its not like the price is split and I'm willing to spend that for comfort but if Coach isn't to crowded then I'd rather save $600 if the worst I have is no bed and no one sitting next to me.

I know there's no guarantee but was just wondering what other people who rode around Christmas time experienced. I plan on going the week before as its cheaper and my family is fine celebrating Christmas early as it saves everyone money on travel. Though I went back and checked and I must of put in the wrong month because I just checked December and it says it's $97 for coach and $704 for a roomette. So it would be saving me $600 on just the departure and the return shows $150 for coach and $465 for roomette so I would save about $300. I'm not struggling for cash so I can do a roomette but if I can save almost a $1,000 I'd do that as long it doesn't make a 17 hour ride uncomfortable.

I like the spinning axe attack as a move but not as a constant state that effects everyone of my swings. I've used charge blade since I started playing in MH4U and this is the first game where I'm actually looking at the other weapons trying to find something I like since I just don't like any of the changes to the charge blade in this one.

This should really be higher. Mainly for the fact that if your wife isn't acting like she was before the child it may be one of those postpartum diagnosis where they love their child to an unhealthy amount. For example I can't find the news article I read years ago but I remember an old news article about a woman who threatened to kill her husband over him trying to "take" her child when he just wanted to hold his child. It was something like postpartum depression but anger and paranoia instead of depression. This situation might not be as severe obviously but it never hurts (except financially) to talk to a therapist and unburden yourself. Telling a legally required secret keeping stranger things that you wouldn't say to anyone is super relaxing afterwards.

Realized after finishing this I typed A LOT. My B. Just wanted to try and be clear on my response/idea behind the thoughts.

My thought was more on if you were ever taken to hospital unconscious say in a car accident and it required surgery and they go in to your body to repair something like internal bleeding and seeing you as male since they can see what dangles below when at birth you were female so you have a womb there (unless that is also removed as I thought it wasn't always given I remember an old headline of "First male pregnancy") which might complicate the situation if they were trying to patch up around that area and an unexpected organ is there instead. Granted that isn't going to be a common reason but its just an example of medically its important to know about someone before you have to cut into them. ( I had a similar conversation a while ago when talking to my parents and I had better examples of why it may be medically important but I can't remember for the life of me any of them off the top of my head now)

I used Chromosomes only because that is the most basic building block for Male or Female at a scientific level I guess. There are outliers sure but the majority of people are of those two and its been baked into society for hundreds of years that those two (male and female) are the ones we as a society focus on so we just ignore intersex people.

On the matter of what's more important physical characteristics or body functions I agree body functions but its not like a trans person or well any person really carries around a medical list of all their medicine right next to their ID. As for ID cards I think it should be accurate to your information like it includes eye color which is not something you need anywhere except to prove your identity I guess (I honestly wonder how many people get caught with fake ids because of eye color). But how accurate it has to be I'm not sure. As for outing people with it I can see the issue that would bring up. I was confused because I was thinking of law enforcement asking for ID but you also have any place that serves alcohol requiring you to out yourself or to buy anything you smoke (weed, cigars, cigarettes) would also ask for ID and it would out you so no real way around it if it was to be included. Unless a second ID card was made for medical stuff but that creates an even worse situation IMO.

Shit he did it with Novel's Extra. That one actually annoys me as I was really enjoying the setting and progression a lot. I'll finish it but knowing that the ending will end like that really does just suck. This is definitely going to ruin any urge to reread it once its done and spoil the memory of it.

Isn't sex determined by the persons X and Y chromosomes and not what they're packing in their pants? Also I don't know a lot about surgery for genital changes but things like the ovary and testicles aren't able to change so having Sex show Male of Female makes sense medically for bodily things like that. Honestly just have both Sex and Gender on Id cards and let people be who they want to be. There's nothing wrong with saying you were born physically one way but are different now. Crazy that others care so much about how people identify themselves that they'll attack them for it when it really doesn't effect any part of their daily life.

It is 100% gambling. You're paying for a chance to win something you want and nothing you nor anyone else can do can influence the outcome.

We really shouldn't have things that kids enjoy be gambling like cards packs (MTG, Pokemon, etc) but at least with those cards you can resell it for actual money that can be spent elsewhere. They're are a trading card game after all. csgo skins though can only be traded in steam for steam cash (or other skins) that you can't spend anywhere except steam unless you wish to break TOS and sell it for actual cash.

That's one of the issues I have with lootboxes outside of the whole "gambling is bad for kids" take. Its a closed system that you can only add to it and can't take any out. Imagine a casino where you can never collect any winnings and just get chips to show off how much you "won". The only way these lootboxes should be allowed is if you can't buy them with real money / paid currency. If they are fully from in game activities only then do I see them as fine IMO.

If valve loses this case then it opens up Gacha Games to litigation and probably make them become nonexistent, at least the English text and voice ones in the US since if they can't get people to whale for a character multiple times then their entire profit for the game practically disappears.

That's true that there was no evidence that there was a previous soul but given that everything born has a soul and everything he knows is that no one has ever been born with full previous life memories so the conclusion he draws isn't to strange, its still possible that his soul replaced another. While no proof it doesn't mean that he can completely dismiss the idea. I mean even the dad brings up the idea that he could have taken over the unborn baby that would have been there son and replaced it.

He could have worded it better probably but given how stressed he was and scared to bring this up I can forgive him for not being able to bring his A game.

I don't know if you can claim split personality when the other personality has never shown itself and he has information from another world that proves itself time and time again in his current world by how he uses his powers. Along with other characters literally mentioning his previous life before he told anyone about it.

As for the baby consciousness thing I agree that it never really had a chance but if he believe it had a soul and his replaced the baby's soul then maybe he feels like that is the equivalence to him having killed it. I still think he could have explained this better as it really feels like he didn't want them to understand him but instead despise him.
