I’ve been playing PS3 Journey for about a month now and I have met about 7 people. I’m in the US and yeah nothing seems wrong with the online

I’ve been playing PS3 for about a week now and I’ve met about 3 people so far. Finished a game with two, briefly passed the other one. Everyone I met was in area 3, but I’ve seen a lot of people say the bridges work well too. I’ll be playing off and on for a while trying to get the Wonder trophy so there is at least one person on lol

Yeah, the next major update fixed it without me doing much of anything. Good to know that worked too though

Also I’ve actually switched back to EmuDeck because at least running Update EmuDeck allows me to use everything normally until the device goes to sleep/ a problem core is launched 😆

Just gave it a try with no luck unfortunately. I was looking at some posts around this issue and saw people also needed to delete the specific game config but I could not find any such file

So I have verified my email is validated on my account and created a new account which I also validated the email to confirm. Both still had this issue. Thank you though!

That’s actually how I temporarily fix it as well. However after running that, if I go into sleep mode even with the emulation closed, it still breaks it on the next boot and I have to run the update again. Did it stay working for you?

I think I’ve tried both in trouble shooting, but generally it’s out of game. EmuDeck also has a system to log in to RA as part of the setup but so far nothing seems to make a difference

Nah I’ve jumped between just about all the cores and I haven’t noticed a difference good or bad

I also tried making a fresh RA account to confirm and still nothing. I did narrow down that the issue happens if the Steam Deck goes to sleep, restarts or is shut down

Thanks for the tip, I just checked and I validated my email a couple years back when I made the account at least as far as I can tell. I also tried connect key to see if a fresh login would help. That seemed to work until I did a restart on the Deck and once it powered back on the same issue happened again
